Thank you for visiting and shopping at​ Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

We do not ship to the following states: Idaho, Iowa, Nebraska, and North Dakota.

Express Shipping

Once you place your order please allow 24 hours for our team to process your order. After your order is complete it will be dropped at USPS the next business day. Please call to confirm that you want your order to rush. Call us at 866-38-CHILL (24455). Please be aware that this option is only available Monday - Friday. Please place the order before 1:00 pm. to allow our team to ship.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days excluding national holidays. Our offices are closed during major holidays, and USPS does not ship during holidays which sometimes carry over to Monday. If you choose priority your package may be delayed during a holiday weekend. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Chill Paws ships to addresses within the U.S.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.



Chill Paws is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
